Yug Decor Limited

Yug Decor Limited was incorporated in 2003 and operates in the building materials and chemicals segment. The Company is engaged in the trading of laminates and plywood and is also involved in the manufacturing of adhesives, paints, and surface coating products.

The Company manufactures adhesive solutions including synthetic binders, synthetic rubber adhesives, synthetic resin adhesives, natural rubber adhesives, and footwear adhesives, which are marketed under the brand name YUG-COL. It is also present in the paints and surface coatings segment under the brand YUG-COAT, with products such as distempers, cement primers, interior and exterior emulsions, wood finishes in glossy and matte variants, polyurethane coatings, red oxide, lacquer, and wood primers.

Yug Decor Limited has expanded its manufacturing operations through multiple production units. In 2006, it acquired a manufacturing unit at Santej for water-based and rubber-based adhesive solutions, followed by the leasing of a second unit in 2010 to separate rubber solution and adhesive manufacturing. The Company later diversified into starch-based solutions, surface coatings, paints, enamels, and automotive paints, and subsequently leased an additional unit to support its paints and finishes manufacturing activities.
