Markolines Traffic Controls Limited was incorporated in 2002 and operates in the highway operations and maintenance (O&M) sector. The Company provides services across the lifecycle of highway assets, including operational management, maintenance, and specialised maintenance activities.
Its operations are organised into three verticals: Highway Operations, Highway Maintenance, and Specialised Maintenance Services. Highway Operations include toll operations, route patrolling, and incident management, while Highway Maintenance covers routine, preventive, and major maintenance and repairs. Specialised services include microsurfacing, base and sub-base stabilisation through Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), and Cold In-Place Recycling (CIPR).
Since inception, the Company has executed over 90 Highway O&M projects and, as of August 2021, managed approximately 285.71 km of Major Maintenance & Repairs projects and around 943.31 km of toll operations, routine maintenance, and route patrolling projects across India's national highways. Major maintenance activities account for the majority of its revenue, and operations are structured to support large-scale highway management and maintenance services.
